Colorado State set to travel to San Diego
FORT COLLINS - The Colorado State softball team will compete in its first week of conference play against San Diego State on March 13 - March 15. The Rams will face the Aztecs in three games over the course of three days.  Â

- The Rams enter conference with a 10-11 record after a competitive nonconference slate. Â

Game NotesÂ
- The Rams went 3-2 in the Rams Invitational, with wins against South Dakota, South Dakota State and Creighton. Â
- Jailey Wilson dominated at the plate during the five games, with two home runs in pivotal moments, five hits overall, four extra-base hits and five RBI for a slugging percentage of 1.007. Â
- Bradie Poteet-Herrera also had a crucial weekend offensively, contributing five hits and two RBI, ending the weekend with a .500 batting average and a slugging percentage of .600. Defensively, she notched 16 putouts from behind the plate, including picking off a runner at second base.Â
- The team totaled 40 hits on the weekend and 23 total runs, advancing its season record to 12-12 as it enters the first week of conference play.Â
- Reagan Wick notched two wins throughout the weekend, advancing her record to 9-6 with a weekend ERA of 1.08. Sunday's game against South Dakota State marked her third shutout of the season. Andrea Jaskowiak also recorded a win for the Rams in the circle, totaling nine strikeouts in her three appearances.Â
