Women’s tennis heads south for key matchups
FORT COLLINS – Conference play continues this week as Colorado State women's tennis heads south for a Thursday matchup against New Mexico before returning to Colorado to face Air Force.Â
The weekend begins Thursday, April 2, with a 12 p.m. dual against a New Mexico squad holding an 11-8 overall record and 2-4 mark in Mountain West play. There will be live stats and a live stream of the match.Â
On Saturday, the Rams travel to Colorado Springs for a 12 p.m. matchup against Air Force, who enter the weekend 7-11 overall with a 4-2 conference record and will face Wyoming on April 2 prior to hosting the Rams. The match will be live streamed with live scoring.Â
Colorado State enters the week 6-11 overall and 2-4 in conference play, coming off key wins against San Jose State and Fresno State last weekend. Â
These matches are a crucial part of Colorado State's Mountain West schedule as the Rams look to build momentum heading into the final weeks of conference play.Â
