Mosley rounds out staff with former Spartan
FORT COLLINS – Colorado State women's tennis coach Blake Mosley announced the addition of Alba Pedrero Galindo to his staff on Monday, right in front of the team beginning play at the ITA Mountain Regional in Provo, Utah.
Galindo could be a familiar face to many as she has recently served as a tennis professional at Genesis Health Clubs in Fort Collins and had a successful collegiate career at San Jose State. In between she served as a graduate assistant coach at Campbell University.
"Alba comes highly recommended to us from two coaches I really respect -- Chad Skorupka from SJSU and Mike Stevens from Campbell," Mosley said. "They both recommended Alba with glowing reviews on her player development and passion for the game. We are so excited to have Alba join our staff."
Galindo was an All-Mountain West selection at singles in her final season with San Jose State. She compiled a 64-50 mark in singles while serving as the team captain for three seasons and helping the Spartans win the conference title in 2021. She was a five-time all-academic selection and was selected an ITA Scholar-Athlete four times.
"I thank Blake for making me a part of the tennis program," Galindo said. "I am excited because of its strong Ram community, the competitive spirit of the university and the opportunity to be part of a program that helps our student-athletes grow and succeed both on and off the court."
A native of Murcia, Spain, Galindo earned her B.S. in business management at SJSU in 2023 and her MBA at Campbell in 2025.
