- The women's side sees a pair of Rams making their first start of the season in Kenya Dennee and Caroline Mehlhorn. As for Dennee, the senior makes her first cross country start since finishing 65th in the same event.Â
- Redshirt freshmen Nic Spencer and Davis Rydman return to action this week after a short hiatus from competition. Spencer finished 19th at the Wyoming Invite in his collegiate debut, nearly running a sub-16-minute 5k (16:00.88). Both Rydman and Spencer last competed at the Roadrunner Invite on Sept. 20.Â
- The women's side has shined through three events, finishing first as a team in two of them. This week's runners are coming in fresh after taking last week's trip off. Among this group is Brooklyn Ewert, who finished 13th at the Roadrunner Invitational earlier this season. Â
