Secor Leads Rams after Day One at UW Edean Ihlanfeldt Invite

SAMMAMISH, Wash. – The Colorado State women's golf team concluded the first day of the UW Edean Ihlanfeldt Invite in 11th place, led by Ellen Secor who is tied for 19th.

The Rams finished the first day of the Invite with 52-over-par 628 after two rounds. Secor leads the Rams with an eight-over par 152 after carding a six-over-par 78 in the first round and a two-over-par 74 in the second. Brooke Nolte proceeded tied for 38th after a six-over-par 78 and a seven-over-par 79 for a 157 (+13) through the first day. Katrina Prendergast (83-78--161), Haley Greb (80-86--166) and Jessica Sloot (75-91--166) followed.

Both Nolte and Secor were tied for 35th after the first round, but for birdies by Secor in the second round helped move her up to 19th to finish the day.
