The Rams make their first road trip of the season as they take on the Dons at 3 p.m. MT on Saturday. Colorado State opened the season with two home exhibition games followed by five straight games at Moby Arena to start the season.
CSU guard Marcus Walker currently ranks tied for fourth in the MWC in scoring at 18.5 points per game. After missing Monday’s game against Saint Martin’s, Walker returned on Wednesday and scored 19 points in the Rams win over New Orleans.
Sophomore forward Andy Ogide is one of only two players in the MWC averaging a double-double this season. He enters Saturday’s game with an average of 16.6 points (8th in the MWC) and 10.2 rebounds (2nd in the MWC). He tallied a career-high 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds against New Orleans on Wednesday.
The Rams have now won at least three of their first five games in nine consecutive seasons. The last times the Rams did not open a season that way was during the 1999-2000 season.

Junior forward Dior Lowhorn returns for the Dons after leading the West Coast Conference in scoring last season at 20.5 points per game. Head Coach Rex Walters is in his first season at USF after replacing the legendary Eddie Sutton.
