Goodwyn, Hauber, Ward tally several individual victories
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Three Rams notched individual victories, but the Colorado State swimming & diving squad fell to the visiting Houston Cougars 174.50-122.50 on Friday evening at Moby Pool.
Sophomore Marie Goodwyn, Senior Rowan Hauber and freshman Maddie Ward all picked up individual victories for the Rams:
Goodwyn has won both the 100 and 200 Fly events in all four meets that CSU has competed in this season.
Junior Tonicia Thomas picked up a second-place result in the 200 Backstroke (2:04.42). She also placed third in the 100 Backstroke. Senior Colleen Olson tied for second in the 100 Freestyle (52.92) and was third in the 200 (1:55.25). Junior Ida Donohue added another third-place result in the 1000 Freestyle (10:42.90).
In diving, freshman Skylar Williams put up the Rams' top scores in both the 1- and 3-meter dives, including a season-best 242.70 in the 1-meter.

CSU's swimmers will visit Houston this time, for the Phill Hansel Invitational Nov. 16-18. Meanwhile, the Rams divers will be at the Northern Arizona Diving Invite from Nov. 17-19.
