FORT COLLINS, Colo.  – Colorado State University announced a new partnership with world-renowned apparel and performance-wear provider adidas. The comprehensive partnership introduces adidas as the official footwear, uniform, apparel and sideline partner of the Rams, expands retail merchandising options and unlocks NIL opportunities for Rams student-athletes. The multi-year deal begins immediately.
"We are thrilled to have adidas as a part of the Colorado State University family. As we enter the Pac-12, we are deeply committed to competing at the highest levels of intercollegiate athletics, and this comprehensive partnership is a critical component to surrounding all our student-athletes with the best-in-class resources and support when they train and compete," said John Weber, Director of Athletics. Additionally, this relationship provides Ram Country with outstanding new and exciting ways to wear their pride and support student-athletes directly with wide-ranging co-branded opportunities. We are grateful for adidas' commitment to Colorado State and we look forward to an outstanding partnership."
"We are proud to partner with Colorado State as part of our heightened investment in college sports," said Jim Murphy, adidas Senior Director, NCAA Sports Marketing. "We are committed to delivering innovative products and dynamic experiences for athletes, students and fans as we build the future of college athletics, hand-in-hand with Rams Nation."
In collaboration with Game One, adidas will provide Colorado State with all its uniforms, footwear, performance and practice wear. In addition to all athletic teams, this customized service and support is now available to the entire campus community. Â
"Colorado State is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're grateful to be part of it," said Pat Weber, President & Chief Executive Officer of Game One. "We're incredibly proud to partner with CSU and adidas as the university begins its journey in the Pac-12. We see this as more than an athletics partnership—it's an opportunity to support the entire university and build relationships that will make an impact across campus for years to come."
"From the first time we engaged with John Weber and his terrific leadership team, we knew it had a chance to be special," Tim McMurray, Game One Vice President of Collegiate Partnerships, said. "As collegiate athletics is experiencing historical evolution, CSU Athletics is rightfully and strategically positioned to be a positive disruptor on the national landscape. That aligns the CSU, adidas, and Game One brands well relative to the current momentum in Fort Collins."
New Colorado State adidas gear will be available later in August at the Colorado State Team Store in Canvas Stadium and in the University Bookstore in the Lory Student Center. Â
