Rams have 75 student-athletes make the Mountain West list

FORT COLLINS  – Colorado State had 75 athletes earn Fall Academic All-Mountain West honors, continuing an upward trend for the department.

The total number represents an increase of five additional honorees from the year prior after earning recognition for 68 athletes in 2023 and 56 in 2022. Women's cross country (13), soccer (16) and volleyball (14) all had rosters with at least 60 percent representation.

To qualify, student-athletes must have completed at least one academic terms at the school and maintain a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.0 while additionally competing in at minimum 50 percent of their teams' completed varsity contests. Some grace was given to accommodate student-athletes who sustained injuries.
