When Kristen Schneider completed her career at CSU, she held the all-time school record in four events (200-yard freestyle, 200 individual medley, 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke). Schneider won six individual Mountain West championships and was on four MW champion relay teams. In all she won 10 conference championships and was named All-MW four times in 2001, seven times in 2002, seven times in 2003 and seven times in 2004 for a total of 25 all-conference honors.
